Our Purpose
GR8 Relationships provides relationship and leadership information online and in person for free and a Pay It Forward option. We provide online video courses for individual and small-group learning and books for small-group studies with online supplemental videos. Additionally, there are podcasts, TV shows, and blogs for the casual learner. We coach individuals, couples, and families on relationship and leadership issues.
In Matthew 9:37-38, Jesus tells His disciples, “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.”
God has been faithful to send forth many workers worldwide to labor for the Harvest of souls, to bring many into His Kingdom before His triumphant return!
The leaders of GR8 Relationships have a passion for seeing the Gospel spread worldwide and fully believe that God is using workers (missionaries) to accomplish this great call powerfully. With the transition of leadership to Byron and Haylee Rogers, we now have years of ministry experience with workers and their families. The workers thrive when shepherded and resourced across the various domains of their lives. That equips them with the greatest chance to bear the healthiest fruit in their ministries and families!

Shepherding
We offer pastoral care for workers and their families. We develop sincere relationships with workers and their families to support and care for them in every domain of life. This includes physical, emotional, spiritual, marriage, family, and financial care, to name a few.
Resourcing
We offer wisdom, tools, curricula, and a network of relationships to help workers and their families fulfill their calling and bear healthy fruit. The GR8 Relationships resources are a treasure trove of information to benefit workers and their families.
The Need
Workers are ordinary people trying to answer the call of God to fulfill the Great Commission. Many uproot and transplant their families around the world. Workers leave family, friends, careers, familiarity, and comforts to advance God’s Kingdom to the ends of the earth.
Workers need an enhanced level of support, encouragement, resourcing, and care on an ongoing basis. As a people group, workers often feel underfunded, unsupported, and largely forgotten. Workers face everyday challenges and unique pressures in their field of work. An organization and relational network that offers support and resources for workers as they navigate challenges is of immense value to them.
We desire to help provide total care and resources for workers so that they may be as fruitful as God wants and for as long as He desires while on the field and long after they return.

When you know the SOLUTION, you start implementing other GREAT relationship enhancements like freedom from bitterness, freedom from guilt, designs of men and women, the image of God, mutual submission and leadership.

Pursue the BEST for Others: You can stop FLASHING your ME and start loving (pursuing the best for) others. You have been made into a new creature by Christ’s life in you. It’s time to choose the power of the Holy Spirit to live that new life—we can help!
Move out of the past: The past controls us in two powerful ways. When we sin against someone and when others sin against us. God provided two powerful relationship tools to deal with each of those situations. It’s time to stop letting the past control you—we can help!
Live in Freedom: God designed us to be free, yet we are constantly controlled by others and trying to control them. Jesus Christ died to provide us freedom, but we continue to be slaves to our sin nature leading to bad thinking, bad emotions and bad actions. It’s time to choose a lifestyle of freedom—a want to not a have to lifestyle—we can help!

When God’s principles are applied, they work for any relationship. The PROBLEM and SOLUTION applies to all relationships. In fact, many of these principles are taught in our GR8 Leaders training.
The marriage relationship is uniquely covered, because it is such a gift from God, when done His way. Unfortunately, people don’t see how great marriage is, because of their selfish motives and actions. And, that same reason is why all relationships become difficult, complex and unfulfilling.
