2025 GR8 Matching Campaign

We are thrilled to announce our 2025 GR8 Matching Campaign. A very generous donor believes that Shepherding the Workers of the Harvest is key to fulfilling the Great Commission. 

They pledged to match, dollar for dollar, up to $2,000,000! 

The Ultimate Goal

Ultimately, within the next two years, we want 100% of raised funds to go toward ministering to the Workers of The Harvest.  That is imperative to help create physical and financial margin in Workers’ lives. 

We know that this margin–which most Workers lack–will produce a tremendous and fruitful return in their families, relationships, and ministries.  It will help these Workers bear fruit on the field for as long as God calls them to the field!

Spoiler Alert: this ultimate goal is PHASE Two.

*To achieve this ultimate goal, however, we must go through PHASE One to make this possible.

PHASE One

This $2MM will allow us to cover the overhead of GR8 Relationships in perpetuity.

How PHASE One will work.

• Raise up to $2,000,000 more in one-time contributions (remember, up to $2,000,000 will be matched)!
• This seed capital will be placed into passive, stable investment vehicles with cash flow.
• The return on investment year over year will cover GR8 Relationships’ annual overhead.
• This will include staff compensation, field visits to minister to our Workers, and operational costs.
• Byron will begin hiring staff in 2025.
• Then, our sights will be fully set on Phase 2.

PHASE Two

How PHASE Two will work: Raise financial margin for our Workers.

• 100% of the matching dollars raised will go toward ministering to Workers and building margin in their lives.
• Meet with Business Leaders and Churches that want to commit to tangibly investing in Workers.
• Continue Shepherding and strengthening our Workers as we invest financially, relationally, and spiritually with our resources (pastoral care, GR8 Relationships Materials, retreats, field visits, etc.).
