The stereotypical differences between men and women are numerous. For instance, in one cartoon, a man and woman are shown separately looking at themselves in a mirror. The woman is shapely and thin but sees a reflection of a much larger woman. Of course, she is frowning unhappily. The man, on the other side of the cartoon, confidently admires the muscled, lean, and handsome figure he sees in the mirror, clueless that his real body is substantially overweight and rather unsightly.
Are men and women really different? Perhaps you are convinced of this fact and want to know more. Or, maybe you think the differences are minor and that our modern age is helping move us past the artificially constructed differences created in the past. Whatever you think about the topic, these videos provides simple, transparent information to help you decide which is most likely.

Before moving forward, let me remind you of some critical items about how God created man and woman. First, the methods were different. Man was created from the dust of the ground, while the woman was created from the man's rib. Second, the timing was different. Man was created after the entire universe or physical environment, including the garden, was in place. The woman was created after the man was in place. Finally, the reasons were different.

Instead of accepting God’s design of men and women, research continues a quest to identify what creates sex identity in males and females. There are at least these three views: • Biology – it is just the way we are made • Biology and Culture – we are made a certain way, and development can change that • Choice – a variety of influences allow the adoption of identity

The differences between men and women are hilarious if you do not take it personally! Look for some cartoons like the thumbnail on the video that label parts of men's and women’s brains. They are highly entertaining. It shows that despite the determined effort to make you think that men and women are similar, experience tells you otherwise.

There is plenty of medical research about the differences between men and women, so I hope this will be a small appetizer for your further study. Below is a portion of a study about babies in the mother’s womb that is quite interesting.

Structure demands behavior. Structure creates a “path of least resistance” to organize the flow of energy toward the end result. It creates a “path of least resistance."

God’s design for women creates a structure and a path of least resistance, as shown in the THP chart below. Consider this question as you read about the structure created by women’s design. “If structure demands behavior, does this structure demand women to live this way most of the time?”

Men are different than women but the principles of the path of least resistance work the same.

Reading the creation account as it is, without an agenda, provides adequate evidence that men and women are designed differently. But plenty of evidence outside of the Bible is often ignored. The following are only a few samples of that evidence.

This theory is held lightly, so please do not take this as something I am dogmatic about or would argue about. If true, though, it has some powerful implications for the sanctity of marriage and the need for men and women to live according to their designs.
