Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation – Behavior (FIRO-B)

The Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation™ (FIRO®) instrument helps people understand their interpersonal needs and how those needs influence their communication style and behavior.  You learn how you tend to behave toward others and how you want others to behave toward you. It measures your Expressed and Wanted interpersonal needs in three areas that affect work relationships: Involvement, Influence, and Connection.

CHOOSE YOUR OPTION BELOW. The FIRO-B assessment is $50 per person. You get the report (16 pages) with three additional support pages with details about your results. This assessment is excellent for relationships because it helps you see some of your relational development, which you can enhance as desired. If you want Hermann to review your results with you in a personal 60 to 90-minute review, it is $300 per person.
